Trellis exists because too many small businesses outgrow manual workarounds before they find a partner who speaks their language. We build the automations that let you stop being the bottleneck -- in the tools you already use, with clear documentation, and a team that sticks around after launch.

We build in the tools you already use. If it has an API, a form, or a calendar, we can connect it. We reach for n8n when the workflow demands it, but the goal is always the same: move data without you touching it.

Most automation failures start with bad data. We identify your system-of-record per data type, connect the tools that disagree, and add error handling so breaks surface before they cost you money.
AI-assisted communication
We use AI to draft, qualify, and route -- not to replace the human judgment that actually closes work. Every output is reviewable. Every path has a fallback. You stay in control.

We review your current workflow and identify the highest-friction repeat tasks. You get a written summary with a scoped build recommendation and fixed price -- no obligation.
Scope
We agree on the exact workflow to automate, the tools involved, and what success looks like. You approve the fixed price and timeline before we start.
Build
We connect your tools, build the automation, and test with real data. You get a preview at the end of Week 2 so you can see it working before go-live.
Launch
We go live with monitoring in place. We hand off with documentation, training, and a 30-day warranty. You own the code, the accounts, and the IP from day one.
Own
Optional retainer for monitoring, maintenance, and optimization. We catch silent drift before it becomes a problem.
